Nori Equipment provides an equipment-connection and lead-referral service. Nori is not the owner, operator, manufacturer, or direct lessor of third-party equipment unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability, pricing, delivery, equipment condition, insurance, operator requirements, and final rental terms are determined by the rental provider and customer.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, a specific price, or acceptance by a provider.

This starter agreement should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before charging referral fees, accepting payments, or representing third-party inventory.
